Balance (75%) is due one month before arrival date and will be refunded if the booking is cancelled within the following week.
Cancellation 3 weeks before arrival date will earn 50% refund.
Cancellation 2 weeks to 8 days before arrival date will earn 25% refund.
Less than 8 days there will be no refund.
