It is a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. The house includes 3 bathrooms -one of which is by the pool-, a large kitchen dining room with 4 patios to the rear and a pool surrounded by a lovely garden. The master bedroom has its own terrace with steps down to a garden with lemon tree. There are two comfortable sitting rooms one with a wood burning stove.
 The house has been totally restored and updated but retains many of it’s original features. It is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, stereo music system, and docking system for MP3 with speakers. It is ideal for families of 4 – 6 people. No pets or smoking inside the house please. Rates from Euros 1,200 per week.

 Two apartments for rent in Alajar.Both are situated in the centre of Alajar above a coffeeshop and restaurant run by the same owners.Each apartment can be rebted individually or jointly.El Campanario has views of the village church of Alajar while El Mirador has views over the village and surrounding countryside.
 EL CAMPANARIO
Comprises of a livingroom and loft bedroom with a double bed.It also has its own bathroom and fully equiped kitchen.The apartment has a seperate entrance and can accommodate 2 people comfortably.
 EL MIRADOR
Comprises a living room and separate bedroom also with a double bed.It has its own bathroom and fully equiped kitchen.The apartment has a separate entrance and can accommodate 2 people comfortably.
I t is possible to rent both apartments together and combine them internally to enlarge the accommodation.
Prices per apartment (minimum stay 2 nights).
